Victoria Betoeski

Victoria is an entrepreneur, advisor and investor in innovative companies in life sciences, greentech, foodtech, marketplaces and healthtech. She is an experienced strategic advisor and has assisted clients with international expansion, scale up, business and corporate development in EU, Asia and US.

 Victoria is a skilled advisor with extensive branding, sales & marketing experience. She successfully negotiated international strategic partnerships, fundraising and collaboration deals.

 Victoria holds a Masters of Laws (LL.M) graduate from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. With a passion for health and self improvement, she also holds certificates in business strategy, coaching (NLP), a plant based lifestyle, and branding and marketing.

John Tchelingerian

John is a serial entrepreneur, an experienced leader, an investor and advisor in life sciences, biopharmaceuticals, diagnostics, digital health and healthtech interfaces. Before founding The Connecting Architects he co-founded and lead as CEO several biotech companies, e.g. Neurotech, Key-Obs, Diatos, TcLand Expression, Key Neurosciences, Promethera Biosciences and Melkin Pharmaceuticals.

John also originated, negotiated and executed multiple M&A, licensing and R&D collaboration deals with US, EU and Asian Biotech and pharmaceutical companies and is experienced in IPO and RTO processes on Euronext, Nasdaq and Tokyo Stock Exchange. He raised a total of over €200 million from Venture Capital, Private Equity and Strategic investors in Europe, USA, Japan, Korea and China.

John is chairman and non-executive director of several European life sciences companies. He is also an advisor to a leading European life sciences venture fund.

John has been an invited lecturer for biotech case studies and business models at INSEAD Business School in France. During his career, he invented several patents in the field of cell therapy and drug delivery. 

John is a PhD graduate in Neurosciences from Pierre et Marie Curie University (Paris, France) and double winner of the 2019 CEO Today Global Awards and Global Business Awards.
